Tee: Zara Man, Shorts: Zara, Shoes: KG, Necklace: Givenchy
I am LOVING the men’s collection in Zara, regardless of the tag, who cares where its from right? The tee comes in 2 different colours, this one, and a dark blue with green lines, both equally superb! This one’s a little more on the unisex side, hence my decision to buy, plus you might have noticed its on trend among the fash pack.
This day was a dull one (weather wise), so I made the most of dressing for it, normally me and the sun don’t click.
Ciao, Love Saira xx
Blazer: Zara, Belt: Mango, Shoes: Jimmy Choo, Bag: Chanel Boy Bag, Necklace: ZARA & H&M
A woman can never do wrong with an embellished item in her closet, whether it’s a blazer, clutch, skirt, so long as it sparkles.
This additional was purchased from the Zara Sale at an amazing price, and although you have to treat it like a baby, it was well worth the buy on 2 accounts. Being on the heavy side worked out better for me, it sticks, with no slips. I wore this on the second day of Eid, Eid is all about the glam and tradition, unfortunately I wanted to wear a shalwar kameez (traditional Pakistani clothing), I opted to hold off till my friends wedding.
Jeans: Zara, Shoes: Christian Louboutin
I constantly hesitated over the double (80’s) denim trend, that little voice in my head used to tell me, NO, stay clear. Little voice, you have been defeated. I’ve forever found it difficult to find a denim shirt (that wasn’t fitted), and never succeeded until I cam across this Zara one in the sale, best (or worthwhile) purchase hands down, and if I do come across one that fits similarly, this baby will get a brother/sister.
Pls do excuse the facial expression, or lack off, the weather is super duper hot!!! Plus my skin is terrible, not enough water intake and eating greasy food, 1 week to go, and back into hardcore gym mode for me (I truly believe, especially after this pimple attack, ‘You’re what you eat’. I’ve missed body combat and bodypump soooo much, need to get myself in good condition for my besties wedding in September.
Tee: Topshop, Bag: Celine Mini Luggage, Boots: Balenciaga
I have to admit, I am loving these boots, and I will be wearing them each and every day till I make myself truly sick of them, just like you do with a song, on repeat. But the beauty of that is, after years of listening to it, the most fondest memories come rushing back. I have gone a bit shoe crazy recently, especially for someone who is an avid bag lover. I got myself a pair of classic (piou piou) Louboutins in black recently, as us ladies can never have too many classics, and admittedly they are super comfy even though the heel was referred to as ‘ Danger heel’ by the assistant, ahh well! I can live with that.
Boots: Balenciaga, Necklace: Zara, Jeans: Topshop, Bag: Celine Nano
You can never go wrong with black, right? I remember 3 years ago, I hardly used to wear anything other than black, black is smart, black is safe, black goes with everything, I am still pro-black. However I do dabble in a bit of colour now and then, especially as I live in a hot country, it’s sometimes nice to throw on a girlie outfit, reds, oranges, greens etc. You might have noticed, when you look back at your individual style and how it’s evolved, I do stick with black, that surely hasn’t changed in me. My fashion inspiration are the likes of the infamous Rachel Zoe, Christine Centenera, Miranda Kerr, The Olsen Twins even fashion bloggers such as Fashion Toast play a role in how I like to throw an outfit together. I guess now and then I take idea’s from SJP, (although a bit girly for me at times) and Kourtney Kardashian.
Dubai Update: Dubai is home to a handful of beautiful Ramadan tents, so far I have tried my utmost best to cook at home (a tradition), though on the odd occasion I’ve slipped. Only a few days ago, I went to the well known Asateer based in the Atlantis, stunning is how I can best describe the interior. Mesmerized is another. Considering I was fasting, I didn’t eat too much, but dessert time was the best for me, I delved into a combo of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice-cream that certainly hit the spot.
Blouse: Zara, Shoes: Christian Louboutin, Bag: Chanel
Aslamalakum all. The blessed month of Ramadan has arrived, already 1 week in, seems like yesterday it started, passing by like lightening, too fast. Surprisingly I’m not feeling the hunger pangs as much as I thought, touch wood!
Back to the weather report in dxb (Dubai), it is scorching!!! You may or may not be able to identify, but my face is a wet cloth in these pictures, I literally developed a sweat mustache (which isn’t normal) or hasn’t been the norm. I wore these pants for 10 mins, and couldn’t wait to change into something more loose. Saying that, the pants/trousers/Hareems etc etc on the racks at present are transparent, not the kind of look I’m digging! Where’s the modesty if you’re wearing see through pants right hehe.
Rather than going for the summer look, I attacked the Zara sale and bagged 5 jackets/coats, whooops! I bought the bargain of the century, hopefully soon I’ll wear it and do an express ootd or else check out my Instagram to see recent posts @fashky.
